Black-headed beans o Cowpea
Scientific name: Vigna Unguiculata
The cowpea, veneer, face bean, face bean, peas, chicharillo, wild peas, Chinese beans, black-headed beans, Castilla beans or poroto tape (Uruguay) is an edible legume of the Fabaceae family. It is an annual plant probably grown for the first time in West Africa that is grown in much of Asia and America in its different varieties.
