INGREDIENTS:

• ¼ kg Beef Tenderloin
• 1 Sweet Yellow Onion
• 1 Peruvian yellow chili
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tied of coriander
• 20 ml vinegar
• 25 ml Sillao
• 20 ml oyster sauce

FITTINGS:

• ¼ kg Tumbay potato
• 1 cup of rice
